The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Java-based microservices and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, and hands-on experience with modern technologies including Spring, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. This role requires someone who can design, implement, and maintain scalable software solutions while collaborating effectively across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring framework.

• Develop and maintain full-stack solutions with frontend development experience primarily in Angular.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, technical specifications, and deliver high-quality software.
• Optimize application performance with strong knowledge of Java threads, memory management, and best practices.
• Design and manage relational databases and ensure efficient data access and storage.
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Leverage AWS services for deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications.
• Develop scripts using languages like Python or Shell to automate processes (optional but a plus).
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role.
• Strong Java expertise, including multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Frontend development experience, primarily with Angular.
• Solid database knowledge with experience in RDMS design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile
