The Role:
We are on the lookout for a freelance IT recruiter with experience in talent acquisition for IT profiles to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Identify and recruit IT professionals for various technical roles. Manage the full recruitment cycle.
Interviews: Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management: Share CVs and reports in the required formats and ensure proper candidate handling throughout the selection process. Coordinate technical and client interviews.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an excellent experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with recruitment tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
