QA Engineer

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong skills in test automation scripting and frameworks, focusing on both User Experience (UX) and data quality testing. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automation development, proficiency in Python and/or .NET, and experience with tools such as Selenium. While Selenium experience is preferred, we welcome expertise in other relevant testing frameworks and technologies.

Experience implementing AI-powered testing tools, such as Mabl or Testim, will be considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UX and data quality validation.

  • Utilize automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium or equivalent) to execute comprehensive test plans.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA team members to ensure product quality and reliability.

  • Write, maintain, and optimize automated regression and functional test suites.

  • Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.

  • Ensure test coverage meets or exceeds project requirements.

  • Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new automation tools and AI-based testing solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a QA Engineer specializing in automation testing.
    • Strong proficiency in Python and/or .NET for automation scripting.
    • Hands-on experience with Selenium or similar automation frameworks.
    • Understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and software development life cycles.
    • Experience with data validation and data-driven testing approaches.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the development workflow.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication skills in English.

    Nice to Have:

    Experience implementing AI-powered testing tools such as Mabl or Testim.

    Exposure to performance and security testing.

    Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments.
